Product Description

Usage of this cooling tank:
This milk cooling tank is mainly used in cooling and storing of fresh raw milk. 
It adopts the international advanced technology with imported European Maneurop (non-fluorine) and safety protection system. The cooling tank is the key equipment for mechanical milking system in dairy farms, also in manual milking farm, milk collection centers and milk production plants which can keep the fresh milk at best state and prevent bacterial growing.
It is not only ideal for cooling and storing of milk products, but also for other liquid products in food and beverage industry factories. 

Features of this cooling tank:

• This system can cool large area of the inside vessel surface, utilizing the automatic computer control system to observe and operate which can quickly lower the temperature to 4ºC and keep at this constant temperature which prevent the growth of germs.
• The refrigeration compressor unit shows a good performance and energy-saving European Maneurop Dan Foss compressor, equipped with reliable midpoint protector that will prevent the equipment being burned resulted from the over-loading or system failure.
• The heat preservation layer adopts the new technique of anti-aging polyurethane foam and good thermal insulation performance. The body of the tank (vessel) is made of high quality stainless steel material 304 or 316, equipped with automatic rotary CIP cleaning ball and auto blending device.
• The tank wall uses advanced dimple pad as evaporator exchange the heat directly with the milk inside.
