#Mango cleaning
At the reception desk, our mango pulp processing plant receives fresh mangoes and passes them to the fruit cleaning and grading department. In the cleaning part, mango will be thoroughly cleaned to remove foreign matters and external dirt on the skin. The cleaned mangoes will be sent to the inspection/sorting conveyor, where damaged or unnecessary mangoes will be separated manually. The main purpose of our machine is to improve the efficiency of mango pulp processing.

#Processing and juice extraction
It is used to extract fruit juice from washed and graded fresh mangoes. Our fruit juice extraction and processing system separates the seeds, skins and fibers of fruit. In order to avoid quality degradation, our equipment sends the extracted juice to heat treatment. Before processing in the powder pasteurizer, the juice is further refined in the pulper/finisher. Equipped with a pulp storage tank, the final pulp is transferred to the tank, where it can be easily collected. This is the working principle of our first-class mango pulp processing machine.
