This machine is used for sorting spherical and oval fruits such as litchi, pineapple, pomegranate, mango, citrus, apple and pear. Driven by the motor and chain, the roller rotates, and the fruit rotates and moves forward at the same time. In this process, employees can select defective fruits.

Pasteurization and filling of litchi juice processing line

Pasteurization requires high temperature and short time. The litchi juice was heated to 90 ° C for 30 seconds. Hot filling and aseptic cold filling are two common filling methods. During hot filling, when the litchi juice is cooled to 85 ºC, it can be put into a can and sealed. In aseptic cold filling, the litchi juice is cooled to room temperature and put into a bottle under aseptic conditions.
