Selection of raw materials for grape juice processing line
The grapes for making fruit juice should be fresh, mature and have good flavor. You should throw away those fruits that are not ripe, over ripe and mechanically damaged, or they will pollute the quality of the juice. It is best to process on the same day as the grapes are picked. If storage is required, please keep the temperature at 0 ºC and the humidity at 80% - 85%.
In order to improve the selection efficiency, experienced producers usually use grape vibration separators. It can transport grapes and separate unqualified grapes, stems and impurities through high-frequency vibration.
Grape cleaning of grape juice processing line

Grape stalk remover is a kind of equipment specially used to remove grape stems and protect the integrity of grape grains. The press roller is made of non-toxic high elastic rubber, which will not damage the grapes. Then, the single screw pump will transport the grapes to the next process for juice extraction. The diameter of the roller screen can be customized according to the size of the grape.

This is another process for making red grape juice. The purpose is to dissolve grape pigment in grape juice by heating crushed grapes to 60-70 ° C for 15 minutes.
Grape juice blending in grape juice processing line
The sugar content of grape juice was increased to 16% by adding 20% sugar solution. Then add 3 kg of 2% tartaric acid solution to every 100 kg of grape juice to prevent tartaric precipitation.
Preparation method of 2% metatartaric acid solution: add 1kg metatartaric acid to 49kg water. After soaking for 2 hours and boiling for 5 minutes, mix to promote dissolution, and filter with blue velvet. After that, add water to 50kg and cool it quickly for future use.
Clarification of grape juice in grape juice processing line
Gelatin and tannin are commonly used to clarify grape juice. Add 4-6 g of tannin per 100 kg of juice. After 8 hours, 6-10kg gelatin was added. Keep the temperature between 8 ºC and 12 ºC. When all the flocs in the juice are precipitated, use the bucket to suck out the clear liquid.
Pasteurization and filling of grape juice processing line
Pasteurization requires high temperature and short time. The grape juice was heated to 90 ° C for 30 seconds. Hot filling and aseptic cold filling are two common filling methods. During hot filling, when the grape juice is cooled to 85 ºC, it can be put into a can and sealed. In aseptic cold filling, the grape juice is cooled to room temperature and put into a bottle under aseptic conditions.
