•Scope of application:

High speed shearing emulsification tank, one of the most advanced blenders in China presently, is widely used in milk,dairy, beverage and food etc.It can be used in any liquid-liquid, liquid-solid product including emulsion reagent, paint, dye, pigment, paper and so on, which may needs agitation, dispersion, emulsification, equalization, milling, suspending and dissolving in chemical or light industry.


•Working Principle and characteristic:

The agitator of the item is composed of two parts, rotor and stator, the rotor rotates at high speed and the stator is fixed. When the high-speed emulsifying head works, it throws the material in the rotor center to the stator at a high speed. Through the tooth clearance of the stator, the emulsification can be achieved by cutting, colliding and crushing between the rotor and the stator. Is a set of mixing, emulsification, homogenization, dissolution, crushing and other functions in one of the equipment.
It has a strong tearing and shearing effect on materials.
This machine is easy to use, flexible operation, there are three kinds of structure including single layer, double layer insulation, three layers.
