New design full-auto valve system yogurt milk production line

This yogurt processing line produce several types of market milk products, i.e. whole milk, skimmed milk and standardized milk of various fat contents.
This yogurt processing line raw milk can be fresh milk or powder milk, the procedure method can be pasteurization or HTST pasteurizer or UHT processing.

Specifications:

Material: all material used is high quality sus304-2B stainless steel or SUS 316, inner shell δ=3-4mm and out shell δ=2mm and cooling jacket δ=1.5mm;
Structure: cylindrical shape, conical top cover of 15 degree, with skirt base; with PU(Polyurethane) as heat insulation; with cooling dimple pad at tank wall and base.

Usage:

This machine stands between the pasteurizer and the UHT, can be used for PET hot filling or roof shape filling sterilize.

Usage:

High speed shearing emulsification tank, one of the most advanced blenders in China presently, is widely used in milk, drink and food etc. It can be used in any liquid-liquid, liquid-solid product including emulsion reagent, paint, dye, pigment, paper and so on, which may needs agitation, dispersion, emulsification, equalization, milling, suspending and dissolving in chemical or light industry.

The operating principle of the full auto CIP cleaning system means that the tank body,pipelines,pumps and all valves and also the whole processing line are cleaned on line no need to disconnect the pipes or the equipments,all cleanings are done in the closed circuit.

 

End product package of this yogurt processing line can be plastic pouches, plastic cups, plastic bottles, glass bottles, roof top box etc.For this milk processing line according to different end product and package type, the production technology is differently designed but commonly include the following steps.

Yoghurt processing line: milk transporting tank or vessels, milk filter and collection tank; cooling and storaging tank(milk chilly tank), Mixing/Blending and milk standardization, cream separation, homogenization, pasteurization(usually using plate type pasteurizer), homogenization, fermentation , and filling
