4. Cooling: After sterilization, the milk is quickly cooled to around 4 ° C to stop the heat treatment process and prepare for subsequent packaging. This step helps to inhibit the growth of remaining bacteria.
5. Homogenization: * * Optional step, using high pressure to refine and evenly distribute the fat particles in milk, avoiding the formation of a milk layer due to fat floating, making the product texture more delicate and taste better.
6. Filling and capping: The cooled milk is automatically filled into pre disinfected bottles, boxes, or bags, and then immediately sealed to maintain a sterile state.
7. Final packaging: After filling and sealing, the milk product will be further packaged into a single sales unit, such as placed in cardboard boxes or plastic film packaging, ready for distribution.
8. Quality inspection and factory delivery: Strict quality inspections, including microbiological testing, ingredient analysis, etc., are carried out at each stage, especially the final product, to ensure that the product meets food safety standards before being allowed to leave the factory.

Sterilization and filling of pasteurized milk production line

The milk is pumped to the heating section of the milk heat exchanger where it is pasteurized. The necessary holding time is provided by a separate holding tube. The pasteurization temperature was recorded continuously. The pump is a booster pump. When the plate heat exchanger leaks, the booster pump increases the pressure of the product to a level where the pasteurized product will not be contaminated by untreated milk or cooling medium. If the pasteurization temperature drops, the temperature transmitter will detect it. A signal activates the diverter valve and the milk flows back to the balancing tank. After pasteurization, the milk continues to enter the cooling section of the heat exchanger, where it is regenerated and cooled by the untreated cold milk, and then enters the cooling section for cooling with ice water. The cold milk is then pumped to the filling machine.
