Crushing of tomato paste production line
The inspected tomatoes enter the pulverizer. Tomatoes are automatically transferred to the crusher. The crusher contains a series of fixed and movable blades for crushing tomatoes. The chopped tomatoes need a certain amount of heat to smooth, separate the texture of tomatoes and increase the output of tomato juice.
Filter of tomato sauce production line
At this stage, the skin, fine particles, pulp and impurities of tomatoes are separated. After incubation, the broken Mata enters the filtration stage. According to the equipment type, filtering is performed in two to three steps. In the first stage, the crushed tomatoes are passed through a sieve with large diameter holes by centrifugal force, and in the second stage, they are filtered at high speed through small diameter holes (in three stages, the diameters are large, medium and small).

The tomato juice taken out from the filtration stage is directed to the storage tank. The tank with agitator rotates constantly to prevent tomato juice from settling. The batch or industrial concentrator has a double wall tank with a rotary agitator inside to circulate the tomato juice and cook the tomato through indirect heating.

Pasteurization refers to the process of processing the bulk tomato paste obtained in the concentration process to inactivate or kill microorganisms, such as bacteria, viruses, molds, etc., so as to use it in the production line.

The paste pot is usually made of metal and the inner layer is painted. These tanks must be thoroughly disinfected before filling, which is automatically completed by ventilation and steam.
Filling of tomato sauce production line
After cleaning the cans, transfer the cans to the filling machine through the conveyor. The tomato noodle filling machine is piston type, with two, three and eight piston types, as well as two linear and rotary shapes.
Sealing and Printing of Tomato Paste Production Line
At this stage, the door purchased for the paste can is placed on the can and sealed by the sealing machine. At present, with regard to the improvement of the production system, printing is carried out immediately after sealing. In most cases, the cans used have body prints. At the end of the Pasteur tunnel, after cooling and drying, they are transferred to the jet printer for spraying with the approval of the factory quality control manager.
