Multifunctional Extraction Tank for medical herbs and chemical ingredients
• Scope of application:
The extraction tank is applied in diverse process operations for normal pressure,Pressurized water,warm-immersion,thermal circumfluence,filtration and collation and aromatic oil collection of medical herbs,animals and plants as well as chemical raw materials,and recycling of organic solvent.
• Equipment structure and description:
(1)Various structure types:Upside-down taper type,Vertical wimble,Mushroom type,vertical cylinder type;
(2)Various extraction types:static state single tank extracting,multi-function extracting(including recycle and reflux,aromatic oil collection devices),dynamic extracting in mixing state(including anti-explosion mixing system),forced circulation dynamic extracting(including circulation pump and circulation pipeline) diverse extracting form and so on;
(3)Our company adheres to domestic traditional extracting tank manufacture standards and improves the aspects on operating safety,operation convenience as well as GMP regulations conformity;
(4)Slagging door adopts the three-cylinder rotary self-lock quick open;single-cylinder opening and closing;double cylinder rotating and pushing the clamp ring to be locked tightly and the inclined wedge block self-locked.Solving the leakage or unhooking incidents resulted from the unsteady pressure of compressed air;
(5)Special shape of seal ring of the slagging door ensures as the higher static pressure of liquid column or the tank inside pressure,the more reliable sealing performance,the longer serve life;
(6)Mirrior polishing in the inner tank layer,circular arc transition at welding joint without bridging,easy to clean;
(7)All-direction CIP cleaning,anti-explosion lamp and sight glass,quick-opening light type sanitary material feeding inlet,mist eliminator and so on are all equipped to support the easy operation.
