Different stages of process tank

The working principle of the process tank includes different stages.



Process tank level I

The storage vessel consists of a special pump rotor for turbulence. It has a viscosity high circulation capacity of up to 100000 CP. It also applies to CIP, i.e. cleaning and mild cycling.



Second stage of process tank

There is a special screw agitator, which can ensure the continuous and good mixing of materials in the storage container. Mixing in the reactor vessel can be carried out in both vertical and horizontal directions. In the short-term heating and cooling process, use the rotating Teflon scraper. In order to control the mixing process of the process tank, there is an electronic control device with a touch screen monitor, which can be operated conveniently.
