Mango processing plant can process all kinds of mangoes on a large scale, peel and remove the core of mangoes automatically, break them to produce mang juice and mango paste, and finally sterilize and bottle these mango products to produce Dali mango products.
Mango pulp is a common form of mango processing and export. We provide automatic and semi-automatic equipment for mango pulp processing, including machines for cleaning mango, extracting mango pulp, pasteurizing mango pulp, filling machine, canning and so on. The number and size of machines depend on the capacity of the equipment. Mango pulp is usually canned. We provide full-automatic filling system, including automatic filling machine, rotary table, tank sterilizer, filling cleaning machine, feed conveyor, discharge conveyor, etc.

Structure of mango pulp extractor
The cleaned and dehydrated mangoes enter the inlet of the mango pulper through the elevator. The rotation of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle make the mango move along the cylinder to the outlet end, and the motion track is spiral.
When the mango moves between the scraper and the filter screen, it is subjected to centrifugal force. The centrifugal force crushes the mango, and the mango pulp enters the next process through the filter screen hole. In order to achieve the purpose of automatic separation, the residue bucket discharges the peel and seeds.

After obtaining mango pulp, in order to extend the shelf life of mango pulp, some customers may need to add some condiments to make the unique mango pulp flavor popular in the local market. We are equipped with a mango pulp jacketed pot. After the mango pulp is boiled at high temperature, it can not only play the role of sterilization, but also stir the added seasoning evenly to get thicker and more delicious mango pulp.

In order to facilitate sales, we usually carry out simple packaging after getting mango jam. We use semi-automatic desktop liquid filling machine with reasonable structure, compact model, reliable performance, accurate quantification and convenient operation.
The power part adopts pneumatic structure, and the material contact part adopts 316L stainless steel.
The filling volume can be adjusted arbitrarily within the model range according to the needs of users. The filling volume is large, the filling speed is fast, the filling machine is high, and the filling valve adopts drip proof lifting filling device.
Packaging mango pulp pasteurization in hot water bath
Packed mango pulp needs to be bleached and disinfected in hot water. Kill the bacteria produced when the packaging bag is sealed. The shelf life of mango pulp after bleaching and disinfection can reach 6 months, which is easy to sell.
