Pepper sauce production line
Fresh pepper powder → lifting → transportation and selection → cleaning → drainage → crushing → preheating, preheating → pulping → concentration → disinfection, sterilization → sterile filling and processing process, each process corresponds to specific pepper processing equipment:
Receiving: fresh pepper is transported to the factory by truck and then to the unloading area. Use water flow when removing the pepper, so that the pepper can move into the collection channel without damage.
Hoists: Hoists with a width of 0.8mm and a lifting height of 1.4m as well as lifting belts made of PU materials are used.
Picking belt of conveyor: staff remove pepper (MOT) and other materials except green, damaged and discolored pepper. Put them on the garbage conveyor and collect them in the storage unit.
Bubble cleaner: clean pesticide residues and other debris on the surface of pepper;

Pepper cleaning and picking
Drum cleaning machine: this model has large cleaning capacity and high cleaning rate. Pepper and vibration drainage machine rotate 360 degrees.

Double-channel pulping machine: remove pepper seeds and obtain pepper slurry through dual-channel agitator;
Vacuum concentrator: This is the most energy-consuming step in the whole process. The excess water in chili sauce is extracted here, and the juice becomes concentrated chili sauce. The whole concentration/evaporation process is carried out under vacuum, and the temperature is significantly lower than 100 ° C.
