Working principle of tomato pulping machine

The tomato enters the screen barrel from the feed hopper, and the motor drives the scraper to rotate through the transmission system. Due to the rotation and lead angle of the scraper, the tomato moves along the barrel wall to the outlet end between the scraper and the screen barrel. The trajectory is spiral.

Due to the centrifugal force of the Tomato during the movement, the tomato juice and succulent juice flow out of the cylindrical screen and into the liquid storage tank at the lower end of the collection hopper.

Tomato peel, seed and other residues are discharged from the slag outlet at the left end of the cylindrical screen to achieve the purpose of separation.
