The chain elevator adopts flat mesh chain mesh belt baffle or woven polypropylene belt baffle as the carrier, which is suitable for lifting or conveying various materials in the food industry.

Structural characteristics and working principle

The elevator is composed of drive motor, drive cover, frame, drive shaft, driven shaft and flat chain network. The flat mesh chain mesh is driven by a drive motor to carry out rotary motion. The material enters the chain plate and is transported.



These plates rotate together for conveying or lifting purposes. The frame is made of all stainless steel, which can be made into various profiles according to user requirements, and spray pipes and water collecting tanks can also be added.


Installation and operation

1. Tighten all bolts on the whole machine.

2. It is forbidden to tilt or shake the whole machine, and clean the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.

3. The lubricating parts shall be fully lubricated and filled with lubricating oil with specified marks.

4. It is forbidden to drop stones, screws and tools into the equipment to prevent them from falling into the next process.

5. Test run several times, no more than 20 minutes each time, cut off the power supply, recheck according to the above requirements, and conduct the feeding test after confirming that there is no error.
