The tomato paste production line needs to sell tomato crushers to crush the whole tomato into blocks, with a production capacity of 1-5t / h. Because the cavity is completely sealed, the sanitary conditions are better than ordinary crushers and the noise is low.



The tomato crushers sold mainly include: motor, bearing box, inlet and outlet hopper, crushing scraper and discharge grid. The shredder can be used for pre crushing vegetables and fruits, such as pomelo and tomatoes, with a particle size of 8-5 cm. It is also suitable for pre crushing and softening pomelo and fruits.

Working principle of tomato crusher:

The screw pump sends the cleaned tomatoes into the pump, and the rotating scraper in the pump crushes the tomatoes and extrudes them out of the square grid. In order to meet different viscosity requirements, we divided tomato into two processes according to the crushing temperature: cold crushing (crushing temperature lower than 65 ºC) and hot crushing (higher than 85 ºC).
