Introduction to Berry processing line

There are a variety of berries all over the world. We deeply process these berries through the berry processing line. Fruit juice sterilization and aseptic filling in berry processing line

Pulp, juice or puree, whether natural or concentrated, can be disinfected or pasteurized according to the specific requirements of the application. The berry pulp can be disinfected through the in tube heat exchanger, and the pulp and juice can be disinfected through the plate heat exchanger.

After sterilization, the products can be put into sterile bags, barrels or boxes, which are suitable for different product packaging needs.

In addition to fruit juice, berries can also be processed into jam in different concentrations. They can be used in yogurt, baking, candy and ice cream.



Process flow of berry processing line
