Dairy machine PLC automatic control and touch screen 4 sctions plate pasteurizer  4TPH 6TPH 8TPH

This HTST temperature is between the pasteurizer temperature and the UHT temperature,
the production procedures are as following:
5ºC→65ºC(homogenization)→120ºC/135ºC(5-15S)→78ºC/88ºC/5ºC. can be used for PET hot filling or roof shape filling sterilize.
 
And this equipment can be connected with separator, homogenizer, flash evaporation etc.

1. Pasteurization temperature and time can be easily controlled and adjusted by users. Pasteurization has good effect and can maintain the nutrition of milk and fruit juice.

Components:
Compressor, water tank, milk tank, circulating water pump, foundation, water circulating tank and milk tank. There are two layers of water circulating tanks; One up, the other down. The cold water in the upper layer and the hot water in the lower layer circulate through the water pump.
