Pasteurizer is an automatic machine for mixed pasteurization, which is used in the production of milk and dairy products. Pasteurization involves heating the mixture to 85 º C and then suddenly cooling to 4 º C to eliminate toxic organics found in milk and other ingredients. Pasteurization ensures healthy / safe ice cream and increases the ability of the mixture to mix with air and stabilizers to provide softer and smoother ice cream.

-The pasteurization mixture was completed in less than two hours.
*Production depends on the climatic conditions of the place where the machine is installed.
-Indirect heating (avoiding combustion components) to 85 º C within 55 minutes.
-Direct cooling (thermal shock) from 85 ºC to 4 ºC in 55 minutes.
-Emulsifier / homogenizer at the bottom of the tank (100% sanitary).
-The temperature sensor is immersed in the mixture.
-Inclined front panel with side handle.
-Self cleaning outlet valve, easy to disassemble.
-The container (barrel) support is easy to disassemble.
-Eliminate toxic microorganisms in the mixture.
-Improve the consistency, taste and shelf life of the final product.
-The aging cycle at 4 º C is up to 72 hours.
-Electronic control allows selection of other pasteurization temperatures.
-Three phase 220 / 380V, 50 / 60Hz.
-Electric heating or gas heating.
-Use tropical refrigeration and ecological gases.
-By using cooling tower condensate.

The description for the yogurt pasteurizer:
This machine is specially designed for yogurt pasteurization, the technical parameters are as following: Inlet at 565(homogenizer) sterilize at 90~95(hold for 300S) outlet at 43.
This system adopts 90~95, holding for 5 minutes procedure, which ensures to get a most suitable pasteurize efficiency.
This system use 300 seconds coil pipes holder;
Structure of the holding tank: Adopts SUS304-2B stainless steel as material, the coil tubes are insulated by silicate in the tank.
The description for the plate pasteurizer:
This machine is specially designed for milk or fruit juice beverage pasteurization, Temperature we can designed according to client requirement.
This system ensures to get a most suitable pasteurize efficiency, it is plate type, suitable for pasteurize different product.
Usually we use SUS304 stainless steel, if client require, we can use SUS316 stainless steel material for material contact part, and other part use SUS304 stainless steel.
We have different models, semi-auto type and full-auto type, and with different working capacity, as we are factory, we can make customized machine for you.
