• Concentration and Sterilization: The crushed jam is heated in a concentration tank to evaporate excess water and achieve the desired concentration In order to extend the shelf life, the concentrated jam will undergo high-temperature instant sterilization (HTST) or commercial aseptic treatment.

How to make jujube paste?
1. We pour the dates into the bubble washing machine for cleaning
2. The cleaned jujube passes through the impurity cleaning machine to remove the impurities such as branches and leaves in the raw materials.
3. The removed date enters the air knife air drying conveyor belt for air drying treatment.
4. The air drying date enters the size classifier for classification.
5. After eliminating the unqualified date, sort the qualified date into the pitting machine for date pitting.
6. Put the dented dates into the cutting machine and cut the dates into small grains for use.
7. Put the diced dates into the juicer and grind them. You can also add condiments and coconut oil as needed.
8. Pack final date labels, bottles or bags, etc. according to your requirements.
