 Describe

The chain plate elevator adopts flat mesh chain belt baffle or woven polypropylene belt baffle as the carrier, which is suitable for the lifting or transportation of various materials in the food industry.

The machine uses the transmission motor to drive the grid chain mesh to rotate, so that the materials can achieve the purpose of conveying or lifting. Horizontal conveying and inclined lifting conveying can be realized at the same time. The lifting angle during inclined conveying usually does not exceed 45 °.

The specific form can be selected according to different working conditions of users. The machine is processed with foreign advanced technology and has the advantages of compact structure, low noise, convenient use, convenient transportation and hoisting, etc.

Structural features and working principle

The elevator is composed of a transmission motor, a transmission cover, a frame, a transmission shaft, a driven shaft and a flat mesh chain. The plane mesh chain mesh is driven by the transmission motor to rotate. The material enters the chain plate and is transported.

The plates rotate together to achieve the purpose of conveying or lifting. The frame is made of all stainless steel, which can be made into various contours according to user requirements. Spray pipes and water collecting tanks can also be added.


Installation and operation

1. Tighten all bolts on the whole machine.

2. Do not tilt or shake the whole machine, and clean the inside and outside of the whole machine to keep it clean.

3. The lubricating parts shall be fully lubricated and the lubricating oil with specified marks shall be added.

4. It is forbidden to drop stones, screws and tools into the equipment to prevent them from falling into the next process.

5. Conduct trial operation for several times, each time no more than 20 minutes, cut off the power supply, recheck according to the above requirements, and conduct the feeding test after confirmation.
