Working principle of tropical juice Juicer:

When the washed tropical fruits enter the juice extractor through the funnel, two rollers transfer them to the knife. Cut them in half with a knife and separate the peel with a spatula. The sieve plate can extract about 36% of the juice, and then transport it to the juice machine for further extraction. After extraction, the peel is discharged through the outlet.

1. Citrus, papaya, passion fruit and other tropical fruits are sent to the feed hopper through the elevator without pre grading the size.

2. Fix a horizontal knife between two reverse rolling cylinders and cut the fruit in half. Then, half of the fruit is dragged along the extrusion channel by the rolling cylinder: the juice flows out here and is filtered through perforated stainless steel plates.

3. According to the shape of different tropical fruits, different channel contours are designed. According to the type, maturity and peel thickness of fruits, the extrusion pressure on fruits can be easily adjusted, so as to obtain the maximum juice yield without affecting the quality.

4. During extrusion, the peel is discharged from two suitable stainless steel tanks and transported to the peel bin.

5. Citrus and pineapple peels can be taken to the screw press to recover the remaining juice.

Citrus juice mainly includes orange juice, grapefruit juice, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and a small amount of mixed orange juice. Citrus juice is a comprehensive product in fruit juice products. It is loved by people because of its good flavor and rich nutrition. Citrus juices such as grapefruit are acidic juices. Yeast, mold and some spoilage bacteria can cause their corruption. In order to maintain the stability of orange juice, sterilization and enzyme treatment must be carried out.
