        20TPH Tomato Paste Complete set of Processing line

The tomato processing line is a complete production line with many related fruit processing equipment. We can establish a tomato processing plant on a turnkey basis. Fresh tomatoes will be processed into tomato puree / ketchup, tomato concentrate and ketchup. The plant consists of the following parts:



Tomato washing machine:

Fresh tomatoes will be received at the starting position of the tomato processing line and transferred to the fruit cleaning and grading office. The tomatoes in the reception area will be cleaned in the cleaning area to remove external dirt and foreign matters from the peel. The cleaned tomatoes will be sent to the inspection and sorting conveyor, where unwanted and damaged tomatoes will be manually separated.

Tomato processing and juice extraction equipment:

The washed graded tomatoes will be sent to the juice extraction and processing plant. The juice of fresh tomatoes will be extracted in the juice extraction system. The skin, seeds and fiber of the fruit will be separated from the extractor and then processed manually. The extracted fruit juice is heat treated to avoid quality degradation. Thirdly, it is refined in the pulper and finishing mill to obtain the finished juice. The juice will be further processed into concentrated juice, concentrated to 12 Brix of tomato sauce, 14 Brix of tomato sauce or 28-30 Brix of tomato sauce.



Main equipment: tomato juicer, receiving tank, transfer pump, fruit pulp preheater (shell and tube heat exchanger), pulper and finishing mill, receiving tank, transfer pump, fruit pulp storage and balancing tank.





Tomato evaporator equipment:

In the concentration section, the tomato juice with the concentration of 5 is concentrated to the concentration of 12, 14 or 30 in the multi effect vacuum evaporator. This will be a double effect rising film evaporation device. The juice is concentrated to 30 sugar degrees in an evaporator to make a paste. At this concentration, the juice will turn into a paste. The concentrated paste is then mixed and pasteurized. Pasteurized paste is transferred to paste storage tank.
