Jujube syrup can be considered as one of the most innovative and attractive by-products in date processing. Especially in the Middle East and North Africa countries, jujube syrup is used as a substitute for honey or other similar sweeteners, and also used in candy and beverages. The jujube processing machine is designed to produce syrup from fresh or dried jujube.

Descriptions of date juice production line

Soaking, pitting and pulping

In the soaking tank equipped with agitator and discharge screw, the date is rehydrated.

According to the required capacity, the de-poaked dates will be sent to our stone machine to ensure the clean separation of stone, pulp and syrup.



Syrup filtration

Before filtering the product, we pasteurize it in the plate heat exchanger. The device has various sizes and can be installed on the slide rail. Jujube syrup is clarified through a vacuum rotary filter with pre-coating. As an alternative to vacuum filter, ultrafiltration can be used.



Syrup concentration

Alternatively, the syrup can be concentrated. Our three-effect plate evaporator is suitable for concentrating jujube syrup of 18 to 72 ° Brix.



Sterile and non-sterile filling

According to the specific application requirements, jujube syrup can be sterilized or pasteurized by sterilizer/pasteurizer/sterilizer.
