Working principle

The fruit crusher is composed of frame, body, door pocket, feed hopper, throwing knife, discharge hopper, transmission motor and other components.

Precautions for fruit press

1. Tighten all bolts on the whole machine. The whole machine has been calibrated and leveled.

2. Add lubricating oil to the specified parts and mark them with good lubricating oil requirements.

3. It is forbidden for stones, screws and tools to fall into the crusher.

4. Always check whether the motor is overloaded and heated. If any defect is found, the maintenance personnel must be contacted for maintenance.

5. We should add lubricant every 100 hours of operation. The amount should be appropriate. If the grease becomes dirty, discolored and deteriorated, the cause must be checked immediately. The normal bearing temperature is lower than 805oc

6. Keep the inside and outside of the whole machine clean.
