Vortex Flowmeter is a flow measurement instrument based on the Karman Vortex Principle, widely used for flow detection of gases, liquids, and vapors. It calculates the flow rate by detecting the frequency of vortices generated alternately on both sides downstream of the bluff body (usually a cylindrical object) when the fluid flows through it. This flowmeter does not require a straight pipe section, is easy to install, has a wide measurement range, and high accuracy, especially suitable for measuring flow in large pipelines. As for the fermentation machine, it is an important equipment used in the fields of biotechnology, food industry, and pharmaceuticals for microbial or cell culture to produce specific products such as alcohol, enzymes, antibiotics, etc.

The fermentation process usually requires temperature control PH value, oxygen supply and other conditions are used to optimize the yield of the target product. The fermentation machine can be a simple tank reactor, or a highly automated large-scale bioreactor equipped with precision sensors and control systems. Applying a vortex flowmeter to a fermentation machine to accurately measure the flow rate of materials entering and exiting the fermentation tank, such as air flow (crucial for aerobic fermentation), medium flow, or product output flow.
