Basic principle of butter processing line
The cream with a fat content of 35-40% enters the plate heat exchanger for temperature adjustment to the centrifuge to preconcentrate the fat to about 75%. The "light" phase is collected in a buffer tank for further processing, while the "heavy" phase buttermilk recovers fat through a separator and then mixes with the incoming cream. Skim milk returns to the plate heat exchanger for heat recovery, and then enters the storage tank. The cream concentrate in the tank is sent to the homogenizer for phase conversion and then to the final concentrator.
Finally, the oil containing about 99.5% fat is preheated to 95 - 98 ° C in the plate heat exchanger, then enters the vacuum chamber to obtain a moisture content of no more than 0.1%, and then the oil is cooled to 35 - 40 ° C, a typical packaging temperature.

Basic introduction of butter processing line
There are many butter products. Generally, salt free butter is used as raw material, but salt butter can also be used. Butter melts by indirect heating. The temperature of the melted butter should reach 60 degrees before the final concentration begins. After melting and heating, the hot product is pumped to a storage tank, where it can be kept for a period of time, 20-30 minutes, mainly to ensure complete melting, but also to allow protein aggregation.
The product is pumped from the storage tank to the final concentrator, then the light phase containing 99.5% fat enters the plate heat exchanger to be heated to 90 - 95 degrees, then enters the vacuum vessel, and finally returns to the plate heat exchanger for cooling to the packing temperature of 35 - 40 degrees.
