Features of Mango Pulp Making Machine
The mango pulp maker has heavy duty mild steel supports and the pulper's central pulping unit consists of a pair of brushes fixed to a stainless steel shaft and finished with a stainless steel screen. The gap between the screen and brush can be adjusted in the pulper to suit different types, sizes and qualities of the product to be pulped.
Usage: this machine can be used to pulp on the following fruits;
² stone fruits after the stone has been removed, such as mango, peach, apricot, date;

How the mango pulper works
We have developed pulpers of various sizes for extracting the pulp of most fruits and vegetables such as mango, guava, peaches, tomatoes, bananas, etc. The pulper unit consists of two brushes and one brush. Two whisks that provide a combined beating and brushing action. Depending on the fruit to be processed, these pulping units are equipped with four beaters or four brushes. The gap between the screen and the beater/brush can be adjusted to suit different types of sizes and the quality of the product to be pulped. The sieves are available with different sized perforations and are easily removable for cleaning. The food conditioning screw ensures correct feeding of the product for better performance. All metal contact parts are stainless steel. They also offer structures fabricated from hot rolled mild steel heavy duty sections.
All components can be easily disassembled and reassembled for easy inspection, proper cleaning, cleaning and regular maintenance.
