Function: mainly used to meltng and later aging, widely used in ice cream and other food industry. This tank adopts electric heating and control panel which is much easy to operate.

Both of chocolate melting and holding tank andbatch tempering tank can install the pump. The pump is used to control the chocolate into the other chocolate by foot switch or automatics. It is very important for small size chocolate production line conveying equipment, especially handmade chocolate shop, but also can replace the food heating hose.
