Shanghai beyond offers complete tomato ketchup production line, on turnkey basis to produce the following end products from tomatoes.

Packing lines can be offered depending upon the requirement like product in glass bottles, cans, drums etc. Manufacturing process involves most modern technology of vacuum evaporation using forced circulation evaporators/scrapped surface evaporators. Evaporation plants are versatile in nature and can concentrate other juices also.
Application: adopting the fresh tomato as raw material, and the final production could be tomato juice, tomato pulp, tomato puree, tomato paste( singleg strength) , tomato paste( double concentrated) tomato ketchup, or tomato sauce.
We could provide the processing line capaticy from 2tons per hour up to 30tons per hour, can be semiautomatic model or full automatic model , and support for 8 hours or 24 hours running.

This whole production line meet with the international GMP standard with using the high quality SUS 304 material as food contact parts and food hygiene piping valve pump parts.
3. Supporting facilities
a. Tap water dosage : well water supply: 40 T/H; water pressure of: ≥ 0.15 Mpa ;
b. Water drainage facility: the workshop should be equipped with enough floor drain device
c. Re-cycle cooling water pressure: ≥0.2-0.3Mpa, cooling tower: 200t/h
d. Compress air pressure: ≥0.6 MPa, consumption: 16m3/h ( 0.6 m3/min without water and oil)
e. Saturated steam pressure: ≥0.6 Mpa , boiler capacity: 5T/H
f. Recommended capacitance: 350KVA (including the whole line, the boiler, well water, recycling water, convey system and lighting )
g. Power supply: three phase 380 V 50 HZ; Independent distribution box
